How to Respond
REC1 buys goods and services under the New Mexico Procurement Code. Open solicitations are listed here with their documents, deadlines and any addenda.
- Read the documents. Each solicitation’s page has the full RFP or bid, its forms and any addenda.
- Ask in writing. Send questions to the procurement manager named in the documents, before the question deadline.
- Respond on time. Follow the submission instructions in the documents. Late responses can’t be accepted.
