• AT A GLANCE
The Coaching Cycle
Four cycles over the course of the school year, each one running four to six weeks. Coaches remain available throughout for one-on-one support as needed.
-
01Step 1 Observe Your coach spends a class period with you and your students — no evaluation, no checklist.
-
02Step 2 Set One Goal Together you choose a single, measurable change worth making in the next few weeks.
-
03Step 3 Plan & Co-teach The coach demonstrates, then teaches alongside you until the move feels like yours.
-
04Step 4 Reflect Look at student data together, keep what worked, pick the next goal.
