REC1 seeks proposals from qualified contractors to convert a 2024 cutaway shuttle bus into the REACH Bus (Reaching Every Ability, Child, and Home), a mobile special education classroom for homebound services in Aztec, Bloomfield, Farmington and Central Consolidated. The contractor supplies labor and installation materials; REC1 supplies the major equipment and furnishings. Funded with federal IDEA Part B funds.
